Está muy bien muy cómodas las habitaciones y limpias la alberca también muy agusto Lo único malo es el wifi está pésimo en las habitaciones de tras para nada llegaba la señal y la de datos Hiba y venía Deberían tener mejor servicio con el wifi como que no tienen extensión de wifi o por la parte de atrás Eran tres redes las que tenían y de ninguna se hacía una s El personal es amable

Fantastic hotel at all levels and very very affordable prices. In addition to it, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

No servía el refrigerador y pues yo utilizo insulina y ocupa estar en el refrigerador si no se echa a perder

Fantastic hotel! we have only been here a couple hours, and we are already impressed. It is a newer hotel that has recently opened. The rooms are very nice, especially for the price. Everything was clean, smelled good, the showers are modern and spotless, and the staff (Jose in particular), went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I have never had such incredible service at a hotel before. They have a van for taking tourists to their destinations (and more flexible in locations than I'm used to for hotels). when we asked for reccomendations for food, Jose didn't just give suggestions, but he took us out to get food. The pool is beautiful with water jets, lights,and has nice bathrooms and a shower, and the entire property is beautiful. The only negative I could think of is that there is only one free breakfast per room, so you may need to buy breakfast for the others in the party, but even that wasn't a problem to me as I didn't know they had breakfast or that we would get a free one. we had booked at a different hotel and decided to find another because of excessive pet fees. we are glad we did, as we paid less here and got far better service. I highly reccomend. you won't be disappointed.

Algo bien el hotel. Tiene buen estacionamiento, habitaciones e instalación muy suaves. La alberca es muy buen lugar para relajarte

My wife and I recently stayed here one night, took the El Chepe Express to Creel and back and stayed another night on our return. The accommodation was great, the staff was great and the town was a fun experience also. The pool was a nice addition this time of year.

Ein sehr sauberes und modernes Hotel. Sie Betten und Kissen waren sehr bequem. In der Dusche gibt es reichlich heißes Wasser. Sie Klimaanlage funktioniert gut und es gibt einen schönen und sehr sauberen Pool. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, sympatisch und hilfsbereit. Das Zentrum ist weniger Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Direkt daneben gibt es einen Minimarkt. Zum Supermarkt läuft man in ca 10 Minuten. Sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!
